Students produced lots of fantastic work throughout the day- and there is so much we cannot possible upload it all at once! Please see some of the work below - and DPS should expect to also receive some through the post soon!
Students in ICT created new flags for the partnership, combining the British and Indian flags, but also the school logos.
Students in English drew stereotypical pictures, showing what other peoples' perceptions are of British people
Some students created cards celebrating the partnership.
In geography, students worked together to create a map of Great Britain with many landmarks marked upon it. They also made a fact sheet so that the students at DPS can learn all about Britain.
Some children created posters to celebrate the partnership.
In English, year 7 wrote letters to the students at DPS to tell them about themselves and ask questions. Let's hope we get some replies!
These are flag designs for the partnership.
In art students created their own British inspired mendhi designs to paint on their hands. The pictures of the finished painting will follow later!
